Digital downloads

Educational resources
Membership content (if applicable)
are non-refundable.
Once access has been granted or a download has been made available, we are unable to revoke delivery. For this reason, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit except where required by applicable law.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once or are charged multiple times due to a payment processing error, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction.
After verification, we will promptly issue a refund for the duplicate charge.
